Women turn ‘stolen’ Travelodge bedding into clothes and wear linens on a wild night out
A traffic cone or shopping cart are the usual keepsakes of a good night out.
There is something about bringing home a random item for party animals that seems to end the night in true British style.
But instead of the usual suspects, this group of friends decided to grab bedding from their Travelodge hotel room.
And instead of bringing the sheets home, the women decided to have a crazy night out on the town.
21-year-old Fabiha took to TikTok to share her friends’ misdeeds.
In the now-viral clip, Fabiha explained, “My friends stole Travelodge bedding, they were carrying it everywhere.”
At first, Fabiha’s friend can be seen wearing the gray, red and blue bedding as a scarf, whipping the bedding around her neck in style.
After the group of girlfriends sat down for dinner, they adjusted the fabric into a halter top – modeled by another Fabiha companion.
Who would have thought that Travelodge would be on the cutting edge of fashion!
After fulfilling her fashion goal, the women took the bedding to the club.
After hitting the dance floor, another friend then used it as a blanket to warm up after the shenanigans of the night.
After racking up 892,000 views, many people took advantage of the comments to praise the women for their creativity.
One person commented, “Omg DIY versatile eco-friendly queens, we love to see it. “
Another user added: “Creative Queens”.
A third person said, “No, I literally did the same and my mothers wore it like a sling.”
However, some people were concerned about the cleanliness of the striped sheet.
One user worried, “Hope they cleaned it up.”
As another person put it, “Wait until you get it under a UV lamp, it will be like a DNA crime scene.”
Someone else said, “This service thing, that has NEVER seen the inside of a washing machine.”
