Man and woman steal clothes and liquor twice from same store, police say – Chicago Tribune

Miguel A. Cedillo-Velazquez. On August 24, of the 100 block of Keller Avenue in Waukegan, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, improper use of lanes, unlawful transportation of alcohol, operation of a vehicle uninsured motor and driving without a valid license on August 9. He was arrested near the intersection of Skokie Valley Road and Parkside Drive. He was scheduled to appear in Lake County Court on August 12.
Zamir F. Chavez, 23, of the 500 block of North Butrick Street in Waukegan was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding on August 7 . He was arrested near the intersection of Skokie Valley and Old Elm roads. He is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Sept. 16 in Waukegan.
Luis Carlos Sanchez, 20, of the 2700 block of Clearview Avenue in Waukegan was charged with driving with an invalid license, possession of alcohol by a minor and speeding on August 7. He was arrested near the intersection of Skokie Valley Road and Half Day Road. He is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Aug. 24 in Park City.
A man approached a resident in the 2000 block of Kipling Court on August 1, telling him the water supply had contaminated bacteria. As they were talking, a second man entered the residence through an unlocked door, ransacked several rooms and stole jewelry.
An unknown person stole a cell phone from a tree stump in the 2700 block of St. Johns Avenue on August 1.
An unknown person stole a cell phone and several ID cards from a backpack left unsecured at Rosewood Beach on August 1. The cards were then recovered.
A person reported Aug. 2 that an unknown person stole a cell phone, phone case, and two credit cards from a building on the 700 block of Park Avenue West between July 25 and July 28. The credit cards had been used fraudulently.
A man and woman entered a retail business in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road, placed clothing and 10 bottles of liquor in reusable bags and left without paying on July 29. They entered the store again two days later placing clothes 10 bottles of liquor. drinks in reusable bags in a shopping cart and left the store without paying.
A man walked into a business on the 400 block of Central Avenue on August 6, ordered a drink and stole a pair of sunglasses from the counter.
