California man arrested for recording Mass girl changing clothes
Jacob Guerrero, 23, of Woodland, Calif., was arrested in California on Thursday and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a child. He will appear in federal court in Boston at a later date.
According to court documents, Guerrero was in Massachusetts on or about March 17, 2021, and recorded video of an 11-year-old girl undressed while changing in her bedroom at her home in Norfolk, Mass. He climbed into an adjacent garage and took the video through the girl’s second story window.
It is alleged that he watched the victim’s house and several other homes and made notes on his phone regarding the time of day the victim and his siblings arrived at the house, showered and changed clothes every night.
Investigators also determined that Guerrero wore a wig and women’s clothing in an attempt to covertly film young girls in Wrentham Outlets bathrooms and locker rooms using pen cameras attached to his shoes.

The child sexual exploitation charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of at least 15 years and up to 30 years in prison, at least five years and up to lifetime supervised release and a $250,000 fine. $. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based on US sentencing guidelines and the laws that govern sentencing in a criminal case.
